Plugin authors regularly update their software to comply with new WordPress requirements or to address security issues, however this may cause issues and break your website. Our care plans ensure someone is on hand to regularly check your website and make any necessary adjustments to keep it in working order.

Support is only included in our CarePlan packages. We would like to be there when you have a question or need some advice. Please contact us for more information. If you are on a pay-as-you-go package all support is charged at our standard hourly rate and billed in 15min increments. Invoices for support are sent out monthly.
