Yes, we do offer copy writing services that specialize in SEO optimized content for the internet. Well written optimized content is a key element to having a successful website.

Do you offer Search Engine Optimization?

Yes, we do this as part of building your new website. As your website expands we need to revisit this to help you optimize the pages.

I would like to do Online Marketing, can you help?

Yes, we offer Pay-Per-Click marketing & management to help in increase traffic, conversions and improve sales. Contact us.

I would like Facebook / Twitter on my website?

Sure, no problem. We can help integrate these features into your new website. Managing and running social media campaigns is something completely different, please contact us for more information on packages.

Do you offer mailboxes? Will it work with my iPhone, Blackberry or Tablet?

Yes, we are an authorized Google Reseller. We setup and support Google Apps for Work accounts. Please contact us for more information and cost.

I have a software problem. My internet is not working. I need new hardware. Can you help? Do you offer ADSL?

Please contact Telkom / ISP for ADSL support. Your local IT Shop can offer support on Software, Networks and IT Hardware.

Can I update my website myself?

Yes, if you subscribed to one of our business or support packages, you are given access and training on using Azapi’s CMS.

I already have web hosting, can I keep on using them?

Over the years we have developed our own custom Content Management System, which only run on our enterprise cloud based environment. We have to support, update, monitor, run security checks and manage these systems on a daily basis and therefore only work on websites running on our systems.

How long does it take to make a website?

On average it takes about 4-8 weeks. It can be longer or shorter, depending on the size of the project and your feedback.

Do I pay extra for email, phone and website updates support?

1 hour of support is included in our business packages. We would like to be there when you have a question or need some advice. If you go over the hour charges may apply. Please contact us for more information. If you are on a pay-as-you-go package all support is charged at our standard hourly rate and billed in 15min increments. Invoices for support are sent out monthly.
