Are you ready to go on holiday?

Summer holidays are upon us and we would like you to be prepared before you go on your well-deserved break. A few things you need to keep in mind this side of the year.

Don’t keep your customers in the dark. Set-up a vacation email message to let them know you will not be able to attend to their request immediately. Inform them of when you will be available again and what they should do in case of an emergency. If you need help with setting this up please let us know in advance. The message can be set-up to activate on a specific date.

Are you contacted via online forms from you website? Remember to also update your confirmation email message to let your customers know if their enquiry will not be dealt with immediately. This is also a good opportunity to wish customers well over the Festive Season.

Get those end-of-the-year newsletters out. Newsletters are an effective means to let customers know your offices will be closed, to thank your loyal customers and to wish them well over the holidays.

As the holiday excitement increases, so does the use of ransomware and the occurrences of hacks. Please take care and be vigilant. Make sure your antivirus software and spyware is up to date and do not open emails that seem suspicious.

This time of the year we would all like to finalise as many things as possible in order to start the New Year on a clean slate. If you have forgotten about content updates that need attention, send those on so that we can sort them for you.

Closed for the holidays:
Our offices will be closed from 21 December 2015 to 3 January 2016. Do you need support?   • The domain in question
  • Some information on the issue that needs attention.
  • Our support team will endeavour to get back to you within 24 hours.
